Michelle Sytsma
Following the expansion of Michelle’s family with her two sons, she saw the need for taxation and accountancy services in her immediate
locality and thus Sytsma & Associates was brought to fruition. It started as a small home-based operation and over the years, her clientele increased to the extent that larger premises were required, which was solved with the business locating to its current address at Corporate Place, Hillcrest.
In 2015 Michelle rebranded Munruben Taxation and Business Services to become Sytsma and Associates, to better represent her situation.
With Michelle’s vision and growth Sytsma and Associates offers a full range of accountancy and taxation services for the individual, sole trader, medium to large business entities, self-managed superannuation funds, as well as business advice and planning, tax effective structuring and business improvement strategies.
The business ethos created by Michelle carries on to current times – Systma and Associates prides itself on the fact that it is always available at the end of the phone to answer client queries and address concerns, visiting clients at their workplace, motivating clients during difficult times, promptness of providing financial statements and reports to meet client deadlines and constantly monitoring performance and processes to achieve optimum customer service.
A personal passion of Michelle’s is her coaching and mentoring services which allows her to work one-on-one with a client, assisting them to stimulate and grow their business. This intensive program is specifically designed to assist owners of small to medium enterprises grow their business and create more rewarding lifestyles.
It allows business owners to critically look at all aspects of their business to shape and remodel and work on the core strengths of the business. Key strategies put in place by Michelle will see the business grow and develop to its full potential and realise the vision the business owner has of a successful, rewarding and profitable business.
